Staff Opportunities

We are a small community with approximately 15 staff and one school at a time of 10-20 students. Our two houses have views onto Lake Geneva and the French Alps and our lovely little village is surrounded by rolling farmland and forested hills.

There is a place for you!

If you would be interested in partnering in our mission, there are several essential areas that need on-going support:

• Kitchen (menu planning, shopping, cooking lunch and dinner, supervising the students that clean-up and/or assist in cooking)

• Administrator (overseeing the practical aspects of making this base blossom)

• Office (French and English; answering phone calls, e-mails, hospitality requests, etc.; some accounting)

• Grounds (mowing, trimming bushes, maintaining the vegetable garden and berry bushes , etc.)

• Maintenance (renovation work, cars, repairs as needed, etc.)

• Hospitality (preparing rooms, welcoming and assisting guests, providing for special needs, maintaining hospitality wing, etc.)

To be long-term staff, completion of a DTS (or CDTS) and its field assignment is required. However, being a part of our community for a few months or weeks as a volunteer is entirely welcome.
